I just loooove this skirt. I feel like the ocean when I wear it. 
I paired it with my shell headband I made a while back and I feel like a mermaid =]

Wearing: Tank-F21, Skirt-F21, Handmade Headband, Flats-J Crew, Backpack-My mom's.
